Monarch Media Services Referral Program
This document outlines the terms and conditions of the Monarch Media Services Referral Program. For the purposes of this agreement, Monarch Media Services will be referred to as "MMS", "Us", or "We". The person referring business to Monarch Media Services will be referred to as "You", “Your", or "Yourself".
A referral is defined as a person or business that is referred to Monarch Media Services by another person or business where that referral results in a sale for new design services, or a new hosting account with Monarch Media Services. You cannot refer yourself.
A referral is eligible for credit or payout according to the current MMS Pay-Scale, terms and conditions, and upon completion and payoff of the services rendered. MMS Referral Program can be applied to qualified services only.
How to Assume Credit
To assume credit for a referral, you must submit your referrals name, business name, what they are interested in, and any additional contact information you have that we can identify your referral with. You must submit your referral in advance or up to 7 days from the start of the referral work. Credits will not be applied retroactively. You may submit your referral information to referrals@monarchmediaservices.com, or you may contact your account representative by email or voicemail.
ANY AND ALL REFERRALS THAT ARE TO BE OFFICIALLY GIVEN CREDIT FOR UNDER THE MONARCH MEDIA SERVICES REFERRAL PROGRAM MUST BE DOCUMENTED AND AGREED TO BY THE REFERRED CLIENT IN THE INITIAL CONTRACT SIGNED BY THAT CLIENT. IF REFERRED CLIENT WISHES TO GIVE CREDIT TO MORE THAN ONE REFERRER, THEN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ALL REFERRAL COMPENSATION (CASH PAYOUTS AND CREDITS) ARE TO BE SPLIT AND DISTRIBUTED EQUALLY BETWEEN EACH DOCUMENTED REFERRER. IF THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION OF THE REFERRAL IN THE INITIAL CONTRACT, THEN MONARCH MEDIA SERVICES IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE REFERRAL, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY DOCUMENTED BY MONARCH MEDIA SERVICES. Referrer agrees to whatever MMS charges the referral for work.
Referring Hosting
Hosting referrals are awarded a one-time, flat rate hosting credit of $10 per hosting account referred to Monarch Media Services. All hosting credit earned will be automatically applied to your next month’s hosting bill. If you do not have an existing MMS hosting account, you may receive your hosting credit in any of the following ways:
Apply credit towards the purchase a new MMS hosting account
Apply credit towards the purchase of any MMS web design work
Request a check payout for 100% of the hosting credit balance (paid with quarterly payouts)
Hosting credits are non transferrable to other accounts and non refundable. Hosting credit is good for one year (365 days) from the date of issued credit.
Referring Website Design Services:
Referral payouts are awarded for INITIAL agreement/contract with referred client only. Referral credit only applies to the project amount directly referred.
Any upgrades to initial agreement rendered by Monarch Media Services will not be considered a part of the referral, and the referrer will not be awarded any referral payouts for those additional upgrades or services rendered. Payout total will be based on the initial sale, or the final total, whichever is less.
If a service referral results in a hosting sale as well, a hosting referral credit of $10 will automatically applied to your next month’s hosting bill. See Referring Hosting above for more detail.
Referrer agrees to whatever MMS charges the referral for work.
Referring Add-Ons
You may be awarded payout for referring new add-ons to an existing project of an existing MMS customer if the services purchased by your referral are considered new design work. Such ad-on credit will be awarded based on the current MMS Pay-Scale.
Payout
All payouts are awarded in USD (US Dollars). There are no limits to how many referrals you can refer, or how much money or credit you may earn. You may choose to receive your payment as a design credit, a check, or a pre-loaded Visa/MasterCard/Amex card. All credit payouts are awarded at 100% of the value towards MMS design services only (does not apply to hosting), while all check and credit card payout options will be awarded at 50% of the total credit earned. Any and all pre-loaded credit card costs are deducted from the total first.
Any payout that totals $50 or less will be paid out in a check form only, and credit card payout is not available to payout balances $50 or less.
All design service credits are redeemable for up to one year.
Rates & Schedule
Payouts are awarded on a quarterly Basis. An anonymous itemized statement is emailed to you quarterly.
When your referral pays their final invoice (referral completion), your referral credit or payout will be available for redemption. If the referral completion date falls within the first quarter, payout will occur in the beginning of the second quarter, and so forth.

Using Credit
Credits are all tracked separately. Only one credit can be used per project, and only one credit can be used within a 30 day period of time. Credits are deducted off the top price of the project or service, and the remaining balance is billed as usual based on the new reduced price. Credits are simply deducted from the project total price, and cannot be used to pay for deposits or payment.
Additional Information
All payouts will be void and dissolved in the event of an account termination on behalf of MMS. If you terminate your own account with MMS, all credits will be paid out as cash.
We reserve the right to override your chosen payout option for any reason without notice. We reserve the right to liquidate your credit and pay you cash instead, or at the discretion of MMS. Any payouts already paid to you are not refundable or exchangeable.
MMS has sole authority over the referral process and all aspects of the program are governed by Monarch Media Services. MMS shall be the ruling authority over any and all disputes and any decisions made by MMS are final.
